About Tristan
Tristan Sharples trained with Freeths and qualified into our Dispute Resolution team in May 2019 after spending time in Dispute Resolution, Corporate, Commercial Property and Drinks, Hospitality and Leisure during his training.
He conducts a comprehensive range of commercial litigation with specific focus on contractual disputes for large commercial clients.
Tristan also regularly advises on property litigation matters for major pub, restaurant, bar and hotel owners and operators. These are predominantly landlord and tenant disputes, opposed and unopposed lease renewal proceedings, recovery of rent arrears, the enforcement of restrictive covenants and issues surrounding the Assets of Community Value regime.
Where Tristan’s advice requires you to assess a number of options, Tristan will always seek to provide his recommendation, in keeping with Freeths’ mantra of “Answers not Options”.
