Laura Owens is an experienced Real Estate lawyer with extensive experience of acting for a broad range of clients (both public and private sector) including pension funds, local authorities, educational establishments and governmental departments on all aspects of leasehold work for both landlords and tenants. She specialises in property portfolio management and investment acquisitions and disposals but has also been involved in high profile development schemes.
She also has in-house experience after spending six months on secondment at a multinational telecommunications company prior to qualifying as a lawyer and has experience of negotiating planning documents, including Section 106 Agreements.
