City trained, Gary is a highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer. His expertise covers the full range of corporate and commercial law, including mergers & acquisitions, JVs, private equity (for both PE houses and management teams), shareholder advice and MBOs/MBIs (Management Buyouts).
He has acted for a variety of clients from listed public limited companies to small and medium-sized enterprises, and partnerships. He also offers extensive commercial experience including advising a national supermarket chain on key supply contracts and a listed construction company on commercial agreements.
Gary is listed as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 (2021 edition).
