She has experience working with a wide range of clients across a range of industries, including energy, media and technology, investment firms, retail, manufacturing and early stage investments.

Lottie is well regarded by clients and works hard to promote client-led collaborative solutions to deliver our clients’ M&A and corporate development needs in a way that integrates legal support into their wider project management. She is experienced in managing multiple overseas and specialist counsel, and also in working alongside our clients’ other advisors, in each case to deliver seamless, efficient and client-friendly corporate deal support.
