Tatsuki is a senior associate in the corporate team at Freeths. He has worked on a number of corporate matters, including public and private M&A transactions, capital raises and general corporate matters.

He was previously a solicitor in the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Herbert Smith Freehills Brisbane and Sydney office, working on a number of cross-border transactions for both private and public companies. He has experience assisting Japanese trading houses, TSE/TYO listed public companies and other Japanese corporates, and has advised Australian companies negotiating with Japanese counterparties. He has also assisted in ASX-listed schemes of arrangement.
