Jenny is a lawyer in our real estate department in London. She has over 12 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including development, investment, sale, purchase and management. Jenny also deals with matters for the lettings of offices, shops and industrial units, acting for both landlord and tenant.
Jenny has acted for a number of household names in relation to their property requirements across the country. This has included advising European and American retailers on their entry into the UK. Jenny has particular expertise in the retail sector, acting for both suppliers and occupiers.
Jenny is listed as a Recommended Lawyer in the Legal 500 (2020 edition).

- Acting for various US and European retailers, food operators, restaurants and gym operators on their entry and expansion into the UK – including advising on flagship sites.
- Acting for an international supermarket chain at a variety of their sites around the UK.
- Acting for major fashion retailers on all of their property requirements across the UK, specialising in handbags, chocolate, electrical goods, accessories, DIY, crafts, homeware and shoes.
